USA SHIPPING
We ship through Fed Ex in the United States. The special shipping charges advertised on our website is for all products except the heavy and large items. Becuase of the heavy weight on Zeovit Rock, Magnesium Granules, Salt and the large size of the Protein Skimmers and Reactors, these items do not qualify for the 2nd Day Air, Standard, Priority Overnight and the Free Shipping special rates advertised on our website. We can however use Air Saver which is 3 days for the price of Standard Overnight and sometimes Ground shipping may be another alternative. In some instances we will use a downgraded service that is more econimical for us. In these cases, you will be refunded the difference. Please consult with us directly on charges for the above mentioned items. Alaska residents do not qualify for the shipping specials advertised here either. We will have to discuss the actual shipping charges when the order is placed. For wholesale/Dealer orders we can also ship through airlines to your closest airport for cheaper and faster travel time. This is a special request and there is a $25 service fee.
